The Abbey Hotel is situated in the heart of Brighton, and the website needed to emphasise this by using photography synonimous with the city. This was achieved by using virtual post cards showing locations and giving details of how far away in walking distance they were taken. Various forms are also used on the site to allow staff at the hotel to gain valuable feedback from customers.
